Long time entertainment worker in film but not games. Well I dont work there I just invest....

What I have learned through life... Directors and teams are at their best when strapped for cash. Best thing to do is have a small but doable budget no matter who the director is... cough ridley scott.... Amazing when he has nothing, shit when given everything.

Long story short give them enough but not too much. Only Rockstar in gaming has found a somewhat happy medium through tiered profit sharing but that is like it in gaming.

I'm trying to learn to make games. I am sacrificing my ability to get a gf to do this hopefully it works.
