>guys I have a great idea, instead of adding skill let's remove it!
>you're a genius! let's nerf rear attacks/cav charges! this way flanking is meaningless and numbers will always win out over skill!
Great game this.
>cav
>nerfed
hahahaahahaahahahahaahahahahaha *breathe* AHHAHAHAHAHA
so it's shit? should I get Napoleon then?
>>377175134
rome 2 was fixed by mods and updates
>>377175134
No, it's one of the best TW games. Cavalry is actually OP, my one unit of scout equites get hundreds of kills on skirmishers.
>>377175134
that game requires LITERALLY no skill to play. hold right click and draw a line
that's literally it
>>377175134
napoleons even easier.
whp cares heavy cav can ram a spear wall in this game
>>377175103
>charge a unit in the back at full speed
>they don't instantly break and run
>cav isn't nerfed
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
>>377175330
HAHAHAHAHAHAH *breathe* AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA *wheeze* AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHahahahah.... ahahah
This is what a skilled played can pull off in Rome 1.
Doing something like this is impossible in Attila because you can't flank units.

not an argument

ahahahahooooooooooooooooo hahaha hoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ahahaha AHAHAHAA.,.. ehehe
>played shogun 2 a year ago and had major fun
>a few weeks ago i decided to try medieval 2 because of literally everyone calling it the best tw
>tutorial was fun
>start campaign
>see too much economy and political stuff instead of warfare like shogun 2
>pic related
>uninstall
i really don't want to manage diplomatic shit in a game where i just want to go to war...
>>377176172
you're literally retarded dude
there is no economy to manage in Med 2. It's much simpler than Shogun 2. ALso if you even open the diplomacy tab you're an unskilled player because diplomacy doesn't work in Med 2.
Wut? Horses are OP as fuck in Attila. Give me 4 Tagmata cavalry and some infantry and I can beat every single army the AI can throw at me.
>>377176370
>simpler than shogun 2
i had no problems atr all in shogun since most of the times i just click random shit or give a daughter for marriage or something and it just works, here i played for a bit and it looked like it was more politics than game.
tell me the basic formula of the game, explain it to a literal retard because i need my strategy game fix and i liked the gameplay in medieval until i started the campaign.
