I can tell you right now the only difference between Hots players and dota players are the illusion that they are playing anything different from allstars, Hots is the best allstars clone, is the most fun and has the largest variety in heroes.

HotS 2.0 was and is a complete fucking scam concocted by Blizzard to tap the infinite resource of Blizzdrone retardation to allow them to resell free content at a premium price.

Also, Oldarak is better than Nuarak, HotS needs if anything MORE WoW characters, and Gul'dan needs to be deleted and reworked so he's more fun to play.

Blizzard thought that going completely all-out and making the lore as ridiculous as possible like a comic book was a good idea. Since the legacy team consists of rock dads, nobody thought it was something people would retroactively hate. Same with Diablo 3.

Hopefully things will improve now that Metzen is retired, but deep down I feel like a younger generation may actually be worse at story telling.
