I'll always remember the day I learned about it. I was a dumb teen who grew up on Sonic and was a huge Sonic fan. When I got the game magazine that had it on the cover, I literally couldn't stop laughing about it all day.

It's why I can't take the concept of a Sonic Cycle seriously. NO ONE expected this to be good, it was a joke. The fact that it was even playable makes it better than it had any right to be.
