I really don't understand how Sony can spend 20 million on Uncharted 2 (2, before 4 or any other game in the series) but they don't have 1 million to the guys who created some fantastic games for your system? I just don't understand the thought process. Nope. Combination of never having a lot of interest in Parappa, lack of ANY sort of evidence this thing exists outside concept art (especially no music tracks), and extremely high entry point for what will be a 2-3 hour game at best.

I would consider it maybe if it was $20 bucks, but $40 for this sort of game is the biggest amount of bullshit I have seen a major kickstarter try to pull with a video game.

The music is going to be one of the biggest costs of the project. Renting a studio and hiring musicians to write and record the songs will cost hundreds of thousands. They're not going to blow that kind of money when they don't even know if the project is going forward.

And it's $40 because they know its a niche game that has to have a high price point to have any hope of making its goal. Shit like Parappa was full price back in the day.
