Yeah in highschool I played Eternal Darkness in 2004 and my lit teacher had us in write anything in journals every day. I made my journal entry on the part where Maximilian Rovias performs the autopsy on the xel'lotath Monster post-boss fight. Then I drew the creature and shared it with the class. I wish I still had that journal to upload the picture but I did a pretty good job.

I'll never forget that one kid who laughed and rolled his eyes when I said "I'd like to read my journal entry out loud about a videogame I played last night"

30 year old actual professional electrical / robotics engineer here, trust me, your ethics course will be a lot more helpful than any of your actual engineering course in industry for the following reasons:

1. Without exception, everything technical you're learning is either already obsolete or completely perfected in industry

2. Your humanities class provide you with interesting things to chat with your co-workers about, and helps create a more enjoyable workplace so you don't wind up hating your job

If could do college again, I'd commit the bare minimum class work to graduate in my engineering major, take a lot more bs humanities to boost my GPA (and glean interesting conversation pieces like "why Antigone is the pinnacle of Western tragedy", or "Socrates was killed for wanting to be a catamite"), and spend a lot more time doing side projects.
