It's pretty fun. It was never "the next big thing" but it's a fairly well done faster paced TPS. I kind of look at it as an attempt to make one of those sanic fast arena shooters into a TPS.

Nah, the game takes all your boost meter away and leaves you a sitting duck if you try to do the cool boost melee move that lets you shoot on the way down.
Playing it like a cover shooter is the most efficient way too, since the omgsoepic shit gets old really fast.
