In MGO2, what is the most effective camouflage for general use?

In MGO3 I used it to great effect as an Enforcer. Now that I'm playing MGO2 again, I was hoping to be able to use camo a little bit. So far, every game I've played has been rather CoD-like. People spamming grenades at spawn points, everyone spinning in place and continuously un-equipping/re-equipping weapons, and crouching and standing up over and over.

I just made my PS3 run CFW for the sake of playing MGO2, but it feels like the number one tactic is to snap to headshots. Shooting center mass is for chumps, which means I'm kicking my shit pushed in every round while these guys 360 noscope me.

Currently, I'm bad at the game and so I spend every match feeding headshot kills from across the map to the enemy team. I don't understand why I'm doing so poorly, it's the worst I've ever done in any game.
