Despite how goofy he's been portrayed, he did some pretty awful stuff for his own gain and hasn't shown any remorse for it at all. Again solidifying that Nami is definitely the most important; she not only is the navigator, she is competent at cooking, medicine, and other really important shit in case one of the others is incapacitated. Sanji is mainly above Franky because while the ship doesn't -always- need to be repaired, they always need to eat while not running out of food in long trips, and a cook is skilled at allocating meals so the food does not run out. At best, Franky and Sanji are equally important, I guess.

You go Bows for Seraph's Arrow for basically infinite MP, it's better than the regen from Staffs since his magic is shit anyways (besides Charming Look). You don't even go as far as Shining Shot since Charming Look is almost as strong but doesn't get resisted by anything.
By the time you hit the point where he's better off having nothing equipped for the Fisticuffs evasion bonus, he'll have like 300+ MP anyways.

Jinbei's crew isn't just gonna go, oh well time to go home. More likely, Jimbei joins the unoficial straw hat fleet.

Carrot is the same way, She'll probably just be part of a Mink tribe crew for the fleet.

Ceasar is the only one who doesn't have that option, but I hope he dies instead.

If Sanji leaves the crew, it won't be because he dies it'll be because he beats his dad, heads the family, and makes them part of the fleet.

I don't think he'll get any specific power-up, though they did so he can activate Diable Jump on both legs now. He already knows Haki too. We'll probably be able to see him fight without getting completely btfo for once though. If I had to guess, the match-ups this arc will probably be,

>Sanji vs. Katakuri
>Brook/Nami/Chopper/Carrot vs. Smoothie
>Vinesmoke and Capone vs. the other children and whatever fodder are left

I just don't see Luffy solo'ing Big Mom considering he needed a fuckton of help from Law to beat Doffy and help from Nami to beat Cracker.
