No stealth/archery/nonessential lockpicking/non-resto magic.
No crafting, use what you find.
NO USING VENDORS.

You dont need to pick up garbage to sell if you aren't selling stuff, you don't need to inventory micromanage if you aren't picking up garbage to sell, and you don't need the gold you would get from selling garbage if you aren't bothering crafting. Just run around questing and killing, take all the boring inventory crap out of the equation.
