The story of Devil's Third is one that always amazes me. I've never come across a game that had so many problems one after another and at such a pace. Every 2 months or so, something went wrong.

We won't know the truth about KT and him since no third parties are willing to come forward. Whether or not he harassed somebody or got stiffed on his bonus is anyone's guess. Him and KT had a bitter separation and there isn't much more to it.

The original Devil's Third trailers didn't show off anything noteworthy. Unless a magical alpha appears that shows otherwise, I can only assume the game would have been like the DT we have now. The DT we got is closer to Vanquish, and that game was significantly more polished.

NoJ did him a favor by salvaging his game, but everyone in the pipeline knew it was a stinker. NoA was right to let it sink. If anything it proved that "mature games" for Nintendo doesn't work. His big put up or shut up moment resulted in a shut up in a shove off into mobishit space.
