For improving damage, would being able to upgrade Secutiry equipment be more important, or should I first get the 120-150% damage boost?

you just beat the game.

I've been playing with focus on repair and hacking upgrades, as it's the funnest build for most System Shock/Deus Ex games. Only strength upgrade I'd take is the lifting one, because this game seems to keep more shit locked behind heavy objects than Deus Ex.
