Red Faction Guerilla has some great smashing mechanics.

You can dismantle every building with a sledgehammer, or propane tanks, or stolen vehicles, or anything really

Saints Row 3 when you get the unlimited rocket launcher.
Saints Row 4 pretty much right off the bat.
Prototype makes you feel badass. Shockwave ground pound all day erryday.

Rainbow Six Siege with Sledge is extremely satisfying when it comes to smashing shit, a lot of the maps are everyday people environments too like offices and homes and banks. There's all kinds of props and shit to break on top of all of the map destruction you can do.

Sledge is great. I also love that lots of the operators have high-tech gadgets, but then you have sledge, whose gadget can be bought at Home Depot.

Elebits on the Wii! Picked it up at a garage sale not knowing much and found it to be an incredibly fun room destruction simulator. Give it a try.
