The standard pose where Akihiko is carrying a Jacket over his shoulder has his arm beside his chin.
The nose is flat because its traced from Akihiko too. I bet the ear shape and bones will match if placed on top of that image.
The fingers are so weird on that image because Akihiko is wearing gloves and so there is not enough detail placed on his hands to trace fingers from.
