Everything is saved on the SD card. Considering there's about 10,000 (or maybe more now) badges now, the game is definitely over 1GB. My guess is because the 3DS only comes with those shitty 2GB cards they don't want to force people to go out and get a larger card just to play the game.

The game wasn't released in the West until almost a year after it came out in Japan, so, presuming that they've been adding badges at the same rate in both Japan and the West, even if they stop releasing badges in Japan at the end of the month, we should still have a year's worth of new badges left, right?

The majority of the badges were shit and 80% of the time the machines were New Leaf or Pokemon for a week with different shit up for two days max.

Not to mention the free themes were fucking garbage since they didn't have any music, sound effects, or folder changes.
