Kind of bored of Duel Links. The game is very limited, and that's fine for a while, because it gets people to do some stupider things and sometimes you can actually get away with it, but eventually you just get a standardized meta with a few good strong cards being in everyone's deck, like Mirror Wall, Sphere Kuriboh, the generic 1750 beat sticks, etc.
Made a gemini deck and now I have very little motivation to actually play. I thought the Magnet Warriors would be cool, but I never got all 3 of them or the boss monster, so fuck me I guess. Maybe Chaos Necromancer will scratch my Skull Servant itch a bit whenever I fucking get the jewels to actually buy the shit.

I don't think fusion focused decks work too well because of the limited cardpool. It's half of the normal TCG and the game moves too fast for you to afford to draw the two fusion monsters, plus polymerization. By the point you manage there's a 1700 atk guy fucking you in the mouth.

There is thunder whip which is a decent enough equip for thunder types, and Kaiba's first skill extends to thunder type monsters as well.

Susa Soldier is bretty good for when you need to stall the field a bit until you can draw something that sticks around. 2000 atk at 4 stars plus the mountain boost is some good shit.

Get that 1700atk 4 star warrior as deck fodder and then feel free to start pilling in your dragons.

Also, Golden Apples can save your ass many times. Get that shit if you can.
