In Persona 4 I spent an hour trying to fuse a Yoshitsune with Hassou Tobi, Power Charge, Auto-Maraku, Auto-Mataru, and Arms Master.

I think Treasure demons give 3x the amount of EXP, and with register looping you can just keep going if you have the money.

Treasure demons get a x3 multiplier at the expense of costing a little bit more than similar level personas. I haven't grind anything up to 99 yet but even if the highest level, matching arcana persona was fed into it multiple levels up just make it harder to minmax your stats. Since the highest treasure demon is level 40, I think you would be fine with using those up to your desired level.

That's how I got my Sandman to 99 luck by the second visit to mementos.

You want to use something that would only give a single level. That way, you can micromanage what stats increase from leveling up. It's a lot more difficult to manage stat bonuses when you're getting 5 levels at once.

Say I want to remake a super Pixie from the past games. She'll be a pure spell caster with no physical attacks. Right off the bat, any points that would go into St is wasted. You want as many points allocated to Ma if possible. If you level up 5 levels instantly by using a high level persona, you get 15 stat points distributed amongst your 5 stats. However, what are the chances that 1 of those 15 points won't fall into St? Therefore, leveling up one a a time is far less frustrating as you only have to deal with 3 points each time. And just in case you didn't know, the stats the points fall to are randomized, which is why you'll want to go one level at a time.

This is ultimately some minmaxing bullshit you never need to do.

For more broken bullshit in a game that isn't hard you can cap your stats at either 89 or 94.

You get +5 all stats with the best gun for Joker. Then you can either stack Firm Stance twice (with Reaper accessory drop) to only take 25% damage or you can go Ali Dance+Crystal Skull accessory for another +5 all stats with ultra high evasion for the whole party.

This, except grinding a Yoshi to 99 would take about an hour or two while multitasking. Even making Arsene lv99 doesn't take too long. The real nonsense thing is the people that buy that lv20~ Kagura for her OP Radiant Arrows skill that hurts more than Hassou Tobi.

I wish they redesigned Yoshitsune. Atlus has such a hard-on for him, and to have all the starter persona's look more stylish than him is stupid.

Lunge is one of the most basic, low level physical moves in the game.

Yoshitsune, the persona shown in the image, can learn an attack called Hassou Tobi which does light physical damage 8 times. Due to the amount of times it hits, it's easily one of, if not the, strongest moves in the game.

Replacing Hassou Tobi, its signature move and most powerful one, with Lunge is a good way to trigger some people here.

So it seems personas level stats in their own way. can you bring a low level one up to a really good one if you keep feeding it and giving it skill cards?

Only party members personas have determined stats, personas the protag uses always have random stats. You can manipulate the stat growth but it's tedious.

You don't even have to resummon it. You can just re-register then move on to the next day and fuse it again.
