I don't know what kind of japanese games you play where every game has sex in it, but most good western games don't have any of that filth in it. I think the focus on romance might be a detriment to the game, because it often is just filling a bar and the relationships simply aren't very good. i'd rather have a more in depth conversation with all NPCs in the game, allowing me to ask anyone about the quests and shit rather than the limited stuff those games have.
