i assume the intention was for you to buy one pack for whichever persona game was your favorite, rather than buying them all. same with the personas.

They're equippable items in the menu, so yes, fortunately you can mix and match their outfits.

Every persona game has been ported to handhelds. There is currently no sony handheld capable of running it.

There's 2 ways this could play out. One is that there won't be a enhanced version and the other one ist that it will be on the switch. The first one doesn't make any money so my bet is on the second outcome.
