ana is a support, and she also can't headshot, which makes up a big portion of a competent widow's kills (seriously, fully charged body shot only kills squishy DPS characters and even then its not always 100%)

A lot of characters like Zarya have no mobility buy are still high picks. Even Widow has shit mobility since her grapple has a 12 second cool down if we are to compare Ana to the other snipers.

Because she isn't fun to play as/against and is primarily responsible for the cancerous meta we have now.

Both Widow and Hanzo feel miles more rewarding and fun when playing well. Getting strings of headshots and vital picks will always be one of the best feelings in an fps.
But this is conditional on you doing well.
