i kept getting either 131, 147, 163 or 178, and it intrigued me
the difference between these numbers is 16ms or 15ms. the frame delay if you're using an update rate of 60hz/60fps is 16.33ms
this website updates at 60hz i suppose. i have a legitimate 240hz monitor so it's not my monitor's fault
just thought i'd put that out there. also, your razer mouse ruins this test for you

This anon is right, I just made a simple python script to cheat at this test and compared it across browsers and hardware. Pic related two of the tests I ran.
The browser alone can give you 50ms to 150ms depending on which one you use.

You're free to run that script on your computer to try it out yourself.
Hardware and software have an extreme effect on any of these browser based tests, the only true way to measure reaction time is with either a real time OS or an embedded device and something that has no refresh rate like a single LED.
