Freelancer as an RPG is a bit of a stretch, and I felt that was pretty long.

Do you mean speedrun wise or just casual playthrough? There's some games that could theoretically be beaten quickly, but first time playthroughs will always be much longer.

If just a playthrough, Yugioh: Forbidden Memories is gonna be pretty damn long. I wouldn't consider that an RPG.

Strategy games, duh.

I recommend Starcraft since unlike most strategy games it has a good story. This is assuming that by RPG, you also mean strategy RPGs like Fire Emblem or FF Tactics.

For games where you control a single character, Okami or the longer Zelda games fit the description.
