All PS2 Classics on PS4 are just emulation, same as PS2 Classics on PS3. The only difference is that PS2 Classics on PS3 are native resolution (640x480) while on PS4 they are 2x native (1280x960).

PS2 Classics are NOT HD remasters.

And no, RE0 on PS4 is a port and wasn't a PS2 game so obviously it's not emulated, not to mention PS4 is not even half as powerful as it would need to be to emulate PS3.
