Not really though. The things that would make Russian tanks better than other tanks are the minimum requirement for simulation in a tank game. The things that make Russian tanks bad are either extremely complicated to simulate or very hard to implement in gameplay in a way that is accessible to wide audiences - given that the two elephants in the room are essentially tank MMOs, that's not a valid choice.

T-34 didn't have a shit suspension, it used Christie type suspension which was by far the best type used in the war. Outside of the fact that it took a lot of space in the tank, that was the drawback of it. It offered very smooth ride and enabled the tank to go fast.
Optics in T-34 were on par with contemporary tanks at the time, the "shit optics" myth is a complete joke.
You are showing complete ignorance in the actual vehicle by making some of the claims that you're making. Turret traverse is another one. T-34s used electric motor for coarse traverse and hand wheel for fine traverse. It didn't have hand cranked turret any more than Tiger or Panther tanks had hand cranked turret.

The reason T-34 had limited effectiveness in the war was because early war it was not assigned with a radio and the commanders cupola was poorly designed limiting visibility out of the tank when buttoned up. Russian doctrine also saw fit to only engage in combat buttoned up, while German commanders tended to pop their head out of the hatch at every opportunity.
