It's a singleplayer game with literally no gameplay other than walking and talking, not only that but there are barely any choices that change the game in any way, what can they even discuss so long? There is a general on /trash/ for NITW.

I guess NITW just didn't have enough of an impact to build a fan base, just people who liked the game without making it something to build a community around.

It's about 21 year old Mae returning to her hometown after dropping out of college. Meeting old friends, killing time, seeing what has changed and what hasn't. Characters are anthropomorphic, the visual design very stylized.

There are some mini games and a few minimal puzzles, the story and characters are definitely the focus.
