PS4 Pro can't even run a fucking PSP game at 4K without performance issues.
i can't believe this thing is 11 years old already
it feels like yesterday

Why the fuck wasnt this made into a mobile game? You could use gyroscope and touch easily
the ost still haunts me
>>376406670
Why are japs so bad at optimising games?
Does the current Playstation userbase even know what Loco Roco is anymore
Most of them are probably little kids that just play their annual FIFA and COD shit on there
>>376406670
this thing gives me motion sickness what in the hell
I wanted a psp just for this game back when it came out
>>376406670
It's fine.
>>376409556
You missed out anon.
The other two Loco Roco games were really good as well but Midnight Carnival is insanely difficult.
>>376406670
>That crackling
If they were to port Patapon too then it would be even more horrible
>>376406670
oh fuck, I used a free voucher I got to pre-order this shit as well
>>376409962
>frame dropping and crackling on patapon
oh god no
no
no
no
no
Also, why the fuck is this happening? I know these games use a vector engine to make its graphics instead of using 2D sprites, but it cant be that taxing, right?

>but it cant be that taxing, right?
If they could run perfectly fine on the PSP then it shouldn't have any trouble running on the PS4.
>they port a PSP game to the PS4 instead of the Vita where it could've been perfect with the gyroscope
>they don't make it buttery smooth even though a fucking laptop could emulate it
I don't get these people, even Nintendo does something with their IPs. Luck I've got my PSPGo.

They've either got the work experience kid at Japan Studio doing these or just plain half-assing them. The Parappa remaster had a lot of issues, too.

The thing is that vector scales different from pixels, maybe blowing up the resolution sky high makes it really taxing somehow while keeping it low res makes it more manageable to run
