I am using razer mouse so I have two more buttons on my mouse, trust me, this setup is comfy.

Z for crouch. Used to own one of these before they stopped selling them. Z was most comfortable then, and now on an ordinary keyboard it has stuck since, even though it's much less comfortable than Ctrl.

11.16.17,18 like wasd for movement
22 for sprinting
if the game as no weapon wheel, 10 is previous gun, 12 is next gun
