World at War, Black Ops, Black Ops 2, Blacks Ops 3 are all games with the important zombie modes. If you own the DLC on Black ops then you got the WaW maps so that cuts one one game. But you still have the 3 games to juggle if you want to play on maps and the older games are more likely to be dead multiplayer wise, not counting hacking on the ps3/360 if you play on consoles.

With the new DLC you are only missing one great map with BO3. Its fine if you don't like it but the DLC is pandering to the zombie player base, who typically buys the $15 dlc just to play the new zombie map.

Multiplayer wise Black Ops 2 was the peak, no CoD game has ever been as balanced as it was and offered as many different playing styles. All gun types were viable and had maps that catered to them.
