Makes you extremely fast, really just for combat only. Gives you a slow time effect allowing you to do very high damage at little risk. Works for any weapon you go for. Only Toreador and Brujah have access to it. Toreador gets a good amount of unique dialogue options (they are charmers/seducers) while Brujah is "better" stat wise for combat.

Malkavian is my favorite but I think it's better for a second play. I still say Toreador or Brujah is one of the better first choices.

Malkavian is fun, but only when you already know what's going on (read: 2nd playthroughs)
Gangrel is pretty okay
Toreador is pretty fun, but it's easy to get fucked on your humanity points on your 1st playthrough
Nosferatu is incredibly boring, and not noob-friendly
Brujah is as close to the vanilla/standard clan as there is
Ventrue is pretty bad
