buy a bunch of parts that are compatible (pcpartpicker.com helps with that) then watch a youtube video on how to build

It's pretty easy, only "difficult" parts is organizing wires and putting the CPU cooler on with thermal paste

And I guess be sure to ground yourself if youre on carpet

Well the only real reason for PLP if you don't have a specific use for both verticals is symmetrical autism, or if you're going to be playing games on all 3.
If you want to watch a movie while grinding in a game or something you probably want two landscapes.
At least one portrait is required for doujins as far as I'm concerned.
