Zelda breath of the wild if you haven't played that shit yet, I've heard it's semi functional on emulators now or just buy a switch. Solid 200 hour game is you like exploring open worlds.

I've been stuck with no internet for ages now, thankfully I can still lurk with shitty capped data from my phone.

Download Thief 1 and 2, patch them with tfix and tafferpatcher then head to TTLG forums and stock up on fan missions.

If you are into shmups download Cho Ren Sha 68k for free.
RefleX and Kamui are pretty good as well.
Idk about Touhous but I heard they are alright and toaster friendly.
