I am here to state a modest proposal. I'm hoping fellow anons and especially the biased mods of /v/ will listen to me. I believe that all Nintendo and mostly all threads for and about the Nintendo Switch should be moved off of /v/. It doesn't have to be to /vg/ but I believe that it should no longer be allowed anywhere on /v/.
I speak for all anons when I say that enough is enough. Far too many threads about the Switch have been made, to the point that genuine discussion threads are being pushed off the board. Sony threads are few and far between and it had become nearly impossible to discuss recently released games for the PS4, such as Persona 5. Switch threads are not for discussion, simply threads made so that ignorant Nintendo fans can flaunt the success of the Nintendo Switch and gloat about how they were (not) right about it's reception from the general public.
Anyone who enjoys what the Nintendo Switch is, is not a true gamer. /v/ should be kept pure and a safe haven for those of us that value good games, and good game play over cheap gimmicks and portability. Simply put, Nintendo fans do not fit in here.
When the PS4 was first released, Sony fans were known for being both humble about it's immense success, and considerate towards other fans whos consoles were frankly underperforming, (the Wii U). Sony fans have been nothing but kind and compassionate towards Nintendo fans when they were hurting, but it seems that Nintendo fans can not return such kindness.
Now I have been forced to make this statement. That Nintendo threads and Switch threads should be banned from /v/. I wish I didn't have to even think of such a thing, but I have been left with no choice.
Fellow Sony fans, please let me know what you think of this proposal. Nintendo fans, you are allowed to post in this thread. But please show some common courtesy.

Not just indie, mid-tier publishers also count.
Just not Ubisoft, Activision-Blizzard and EA.
All of their games suck (very few exceptions recently) and they are the reason why this board hates video games so much and why gaming is shit and for 10-year-olds now.
