Guacamelee is an obvious choice, but it does suffer from terrible fucking boss fights, unfunny dialogue and that dumb UI black bar up the top when the co-op barely even works.

Aquaria is another recommended one, which I didn't like and thought was ear-piercing, empty and terrible.

Guacamelee, Hollow Knight, and Ori and the Blind Forest. I'd go for Ori and/or Hollow Knight as the best, but Guacamelee is pretty fun and unique. Really short too.
