I could probably name a bunch more than that, but they're almost all specifically in the romance genre and more often than not based on shoujo manga or at least in the style. You don't see a girl in a shounen show get a romantic interest unless he's the main character, and even then it's always just retarded hinting and refusing to commit to actually showing their relationship.

It's why female protagonists don't test well in major films / games. Straight Men enjoy playing as women or men. But a male love interest as a female character is a serious turn off.

The only one close was Kurt in Angel of Darkness but I consider that game non-canon.

There was a recent interview with the developers of Nu-Lara and they explained that they purposely wrote out Sam because they didn't want anyone playing Male or Female, to lose immersion because of a romantic interest and wanted to keep it focused on Archeaology and Exploration.
