I think the bottom line is I just don't like it when there's a different playable gender for no reason other than "here it is". I feel like it just hinders the writing process by forcing them to accommodate both and splinters what could be a perfect story into two good to ok ones. If they're going to devote time to adding content to the game then build upon what we already have. P3P just felt like someone's P3 fanfic.

Unless it's an open world sandbox/mmo the gender of the MC should be up to the writer, not the player.
