I'll quickly break down each one.

>witcher trilogy
Polish action adventure game with a generic protagonist but interesting stories and cool set pieces. Fun combat in the third one.
>stalker trilogy
FPS games with THE best atmosphere of all time in a first person shooter game. Considered one of 3 games /v/ unanimously agrees are masterpieces. Active modding community, decent level of difficulty, rpg mechanics.
>men of war
The best rts games in it's ww2 line. Men of war 2 is the easiest and the most active one.
>pathologic
Horror game with a convoluted story and good art direction. Difficult to get into, but becomes quickly enjoyable. Multiple endings, characters, paths.
>tetris
It's tetris.

Like pathologic but even more confusing.

OK, Since I'm feeling nice, I'll at least give ya tips for THE most /v/ core trilogy of all time: the STALKER trio.

Consult this Starting Guide,
then see the /vg/'s huge Stalker General for more tips and links: >>>/vg/stalker

Play in the release order. Start with no mods - only latest patch, OR get the full "Starter Pack" first; these contain bug-fixers and light visual mods that can help performance as well.
Leave big overhauls for later playthrougs. Avoid the "Complete" -mods. Always play on MASTER difficulty for best realism and atmosphere, and disable crosshair.

Don't give up in the beginning! The starting gear sucks ass and first area can be a bit boring.

playing through STALKER SoC for the first time (master difficulty of course), it's great and spooky

as for other slavic games, I'm intrigued by Pathologic but haven't gotten it because apparently there's a remake coming out or something?
