A new Persona game will be teased with an animation of two characters fighting and unlocking their Persona at E3 during the Playstation pres-conference. This game is being developed by Atlus USA(yes, you read that correctly). The MC is Mexican-American and the story takes place in Los Angeles/New York/Mexico. The girl with MC is a transfer student from Japan. Persona games will now be released every other year. Release date unknown. Make sure to take the screenscap - Flako

Atlus USA doesn't develop video games, they translate and publish them. They don't have the manpower to develop a game even if they wanted to, which they don't.
