No it isn't. AA only sells semi-decently in Japan (main games only, all the spinoffs sell like shit) and it sells badly everywhere else. Megaman as an IP has always had atleast 2 reps in vs games whereas it took ages for AA to even get one in a game, it's not the same thing at all.

Jedah's the one who puts all of the events of Savior into place. And the 3 characters cut form Savior were for memory limit reasons. The arcade board they were using couldn't hold all of the graphics of all the existing characters while adding new ones. That's also why the rosters shuffled so much between all the 90s Marvel games. Only SF Alpha managed to keep adding more characters with each installment without removing any, and that's because its characters had less animation.

Pyron would work really well in this sort of game as a Cosmic Capcom villain. Captain Marvel is supposed to have an important role in the story, so you would think that Capcom might need something for a space themed villain. Outside of Pyron, the only other ones they have are guys like Scumocide, Blistein, or maybe something from Lost Planet.

Not really. Base (not ultimate) MvC3 launched with over 30 characters which is more of the standard now. 20-22 is much more realistic IMO since let's face it they're gonna DLC the fuck out of this. They need to at least give the consumer a decent sized roster to play as to justify the $60.

MvCI is MvC4, it's like a soft reboot. Which is why it's not called 4. The world's are getting collided again. So this is the start of the collision, the sequel will continue off of that So then we can see how this universe copes with the fact & then we get bantz from both sides joining forces. Having Kamala come in the sequel seems more logical as, instead of being pushed into a cosmic situation too out of place for her, she instead is now in a setting where the world has become more grounded about the situation & new gen & low grade street level heroes are more aware of how everything goes down
