Ordinator for perk
Deadly Combat + Mortal Enemies + Wildcat
In short, makes enemies smarter, and no magnet bullshit where they have 100% accuracy.

Lack of SKSE (and the mods it allows) and SkyUI for SE makes it fairly unappealing. You can get better graphical improvements from mods anyways.

Deadly Combat page does mention turning off a few features from Wildcat to make them work together. So yeah, basically turn off timed blocking from Wildcat and use a patch with Ordinator since it has timed block too.

Yeah, apart from the MCM menu, which you're gonna do it once anyway. There are also dodge roll (works pretty well with the Mortal Enemies mod) and dual wield parrying but they can only be bound to in-game buttons.

I've been waiting several months for the special edition to be worth playing. SKSE still isn't out for it, and there aren't that many good mods for it yet. I feel that the special edition will never reach the same level as the original.
