I'm sorry Anon, but Jedi Knight doesn't exist any more.

At best you'll get a Jedi Knight-like game set in the new trilogy setting.
You play a guy awakened to your control over the Force, but you're no Jedi, and you have no lightsaber.
Instead, you spend most of the game alone and heavily outnumbered by folks who want to capture/kill you because of your Jedi powers.
Combine gunplay and Force bullshit to manipulate enemies, weapons and the environment to your advantage.

You now imagine a Ghost Recon-like(not the brainless ones) tactical shooter with squad management, super special weapons and tactics and shiet.
Or just the continuation of the Republic commando with more freedom of action and character development.

Are there any true Star Wars RTS games out there? I would really like to see one of those done well. So much space for that too, fighting through planets, spaceships, between spaceships, multiple factions across the entire franchise

There's Empire at War, which has very satisfying space combat, and somewhat disappointing ground combat. There's also galactic battlegrounds, which I hear is very good, but I haven't played that one yet.
