I did, but only because the game forced you to pick one of the two. Personally I went the Glasses Geralt route (fuck everything at every chance) up until TW3, where it was Yen and only her.

The entire wedding/vlad parts were gay as fuck. Would rather have played as regular geralt. Skipped all of the scenes because of how unplayable/likeable vlad was.
