Depends, have you played RE4 or 5 before? If not, pick up RE4 first. Great title all around and is the best of the 3rd person Resident Evils. 5 has great co-op play and does look better, but suffers from shorter length and more action-y then anything else.

I personally like re5 more, the co-op is fun. upgrading all your shit is neat. replaying with infinite ammo is fun too

I got the triple pack a few weeks ago, with 4/5/6. My favorite was 5 and I have replayed it multiple times since then. I beat 4 once and have zero interest in going back to it. I will never touch RE6s campaigns again but the mercenaries and multiplayer modes are pretty fun, if you can find a game that is.

Overall I'd say 5 > 6 > 4. If you like 5, 4 is more of the same...but worse, but at least you know what you're getting.
