I just got the psychoscope. So not sure how far in I am. But from what I know there doesn't seem to be to much to recycling. Put junk and extra weapons in. Get material out. Use material in the printer things. Pretty straight foward unless I'm missing something.

I'm loving it so far. The aesthetic and atmosphere is fucking fantastic. This 1960's wood paneling and tech mixed with art deco and gold trim is so fucking stylish to look at. I'm really loving exploring and the story. Combat isn't that interesting though, the enemies just aren't that satisfying to fight and there's not much variety. Good game overall, enjoying it a lot.

It is a glitch. For example if you have 5.0 organic material, you put it in the recycler and then you click the option to divide(r3 on ps4) and you divide it into 9 parts. Go hit the recycle button and you'll have 3 times as much material. I can post evidence in a few minutes when I start playing again

The very first mods I got were the high mobility and hacking ones, bunnyhopping and sliding all day while surprise critting shit wrench.
Also being able to reach pretty much any area is neat.
Protip: getting the mod which lets you harvest typhoon tumors and increased recycle yield is highly recommended early, you can craft neuromods yourself 30 minutes into the game if you explore a bit and find the shematic in the very first area.

Yes occasionally. One of the best optimized AAA games in a while but occasionally I'll hit an area where my fps drops. You half and texture load is noticebly slow. What's wierd is when I'm in these areas turning the setting down have to little to no affect.

I'm having fun with it, but god damn the enemies are all bullet sponges and they deal way too much damage.

I'm getting real fucking tired of walking into a room and encountering 3 ayy lmao's shooting exploding orbs at me while I have no fucking ammo to deal with them.

Even with ammo your attacks only deal like 5-10 damage a shot with a pistol and 20-30 damage with a shotgun at close range. Meanwhile I take two hits and I'm dead.

Just got to the garden area and there's nowhere to even go because all of my options have enemies way too strong for me to handle right at the start and no way around them.

I had a weird issue where the game crashed, and then when I booted it back up it was running 40 FPS less then it normally does (Normally runs at 130 FPS on GTX 1080 SLI/4790k overclocked), and had really bad frame pacing where there was lag.

At first I thought it was a new effect that became more common in the game, but I reloaded a earlier save and it was doing the same thing. Rebooted, same thing. I uninstalled my Nvidia driver, reinstalled it, and rebooted and it worked.

No idea what the hell happened. Happened like 3 hours ago and it is working fine now.

Love the gameplay with the psychoscope, it's like a weird mix of ghost busters and monster hunter in a way.

Sussing out the Typhoon monsters hidden in a room, and getting awesome abilities by scanning them before killing them and stripping their bodies of their exotic material rich meat.

I like all the typhon powers and shit but I feel like it has Dishonored syndrome.

They give you the power of God and I ran through my playthrough only having Mimic and Mindblast and only using Mimic maybe five times. Combat reflexes, sneak attack, and a Shotgun completely nullifies most encounters.

Great game though.

9/10; feels like an updated system shock 2.

The game is great, but combat is sometimes a bit hard. Aiming with the controller is difficult and enemies in normal deal a shitton of damage if you don't sneak. Also, the only weapon that doesn't spend ammo is weak as shit. The game is a solid 8.5/10, though.

The trips outside are fantastic, they do a lot of make you feel like a tiny thing against the vacuum of space and the station itself, such as the shadow you cast. The fact that you can look into the station from the outside and vice versa and there is actually consistency despite the loads is cool.
Making this into your sort of fast travel system was also a great choice.
