I just finished SMT IV recently and I was disappointed by how little Mastema was there,. I assume he's more prevalent in the Law route, but I'm not doing that.

Also, are both routes decent in SMT4A? I don't know which I'll do, but if one is a lot better than the other than I'd like to know.

Could anybody help out a major fucking failure?

I literally just started SMT IV and I can't even get past the first real boss-the twin Naga's. What level are you supposed to be for these assholes? I'm level 7 and have one demon with Agi skills but no matter what I do these assholes wreck me. Their fucking lunges always hit and crit/OHKO my guys so I'm dead after only two turns.

Like, I honestly can't tell if I just need to grind or if I'm actually this fucking bad at a game.

I didn't use a map for that sector, so I ended up a bit overleveled by constantly taking the wrong turn until I memorized the path.
Also, I used the compendium and demon sources a hell of a lot in order to get my 3 main demons and one reserve demon to have pretty much the same 6 spells

I went on Neutral and as far I heard him hi ws more focused on nuking demons than helping mankind, helping humans was just a side effect and he actually leave it explicit the fist time you encounter him.

I went the whole game wary of being bamboozled by him but he did not say a single lie.

Speaking of Law, is there a single good Law ending? I don't mean morally good, just an ending where everyone isn't brainwashed to some extent. I'm a neutralfag, but there are a couple or maybe one of SMT games where I went Chaos.
