Does the cooldown timer start when you use the ability or when the ability ends?

Because 80/180 is different from 60/160

10% is fucking nothing and developers that put these small "DPS cooldowns" are retarded. It doesn't feel good to use at all and contributes to ability bloat.

Bloodlust's cooldown is 2.25 times longer than Frenzy's, while the boost to attack power is only twice as large.

If this is an MMO, I would take Frenzy. Raid bosses can last a 20 minutes or longer. More uptime means more consistent overall damage. Assuming an encounter lasted 20 minutes, that'd be 300 seconds of 10% more damage. With Bloodlust you'd only get ~133 seconds of 20% more damage - much less than half the uptime and overall bonus damage of Frenzy.

If it's an action game of some sort I'd take Bloodlust. Chilling out between encounters is a lot easier to do when you're playing solo and encounters tend to be fast.

Depends on the following:
Does a double jump cancel momentum?
Does air dash set speed or add to it?
Moon jump is shit.

If Double conserves momentum it's good but if air dash adds speed you have CPMA tier mobility on fucking steroids.

Frenzy is better if you have higher attack speed
Bloodlust is inferior
