>realise I never finish games anymore
>play them for a few hours and move onto something else
19 unfinished games currently. All at least 10 hours in.
I understand how it feels. You're not alone anon.
There is nothing wrong with it.You would be surprised how many people do that

You're a cunt-whore-slut.
>>376110062
I was like this when I was a piratefag. I started buying game and have vowed to get all the cheevos in every single game I buy. Now I don't buy shit games and spend a lot of time on each game in my Steam library. I think I've changed for the better.
>>376110062
>few hours
So you do finish them?
>>376110914
Are you literally me?
i bought Batman: Arkham Knight shortly after release and never played it.
I installed it and the Harley Quinn DLC but never launched the game
It took me two years to finally get around to playing the two newer wolfenstein games that i bought but that was probably one of the funnest experiences i had in gaming
I didn't expect that zombie shit at all so it blew me away
For a second I was tempted to reply >>>/v/ , but then I realized I was on /v/.
But yeah, as others have pointed out, that happens regularly to me as well in the recent past.
You are anything but alone.
Maybe move to games that don't really have a completion criterion.
>>376110062
why asuka had to die
So far this year I've finished 19 games.
I play a lot of video games.
>Want to play a game
>Boot one up
>Exit to the home screen before I even play it
>Do this a few times
>Don't want to start one in case I change my mind
How do I get through my long back log?
>>376110062
It only happens when I realize that game will take more than 30 hours to finish
I do tend to finish games but starting them is the hard part.
>>376111453
>tfw most of the games in your backlog are JRPGs
I only do this with anime.

Used to be the same. Then I stopped playing fps and started playing genres I usually ignored. Finished my 6th jrpg a few days ago and now tackling persona 4 and trails in the sky 1.
Really craving to start SC
>>376111889

>>376110062
It's called depression. Get some grassfed red meat into you and some pineapple.
I can't make it past half an hour on most games I have tried in the last couple of years. I keep looking for shit I dislike about the game as an excuse to stop.
>>376112413
pineapple is gross, anon
>>376112507
Stop living the /v/ meme
>>376110062
I do the same but i finish them because i just jump between few titles at the same time.
>Start up game
>Play for half an hour
>End up going on my phone and browsing 4chan and other sites
>Time flies by

This always fucking happens. Does any feel like their phone or browsing the Internet distracts them too often?
>>376112780

>>376110062
