Just run and know how to abuse the AI beforehand.
It's literally the only way to play the game.

I'm playing the second one now, attempting to get the messiah trophy (insane difficulty + one camera battery).
The answer is play the game repeatedly until you've memorised patterns of movement which will consistently evade the enemy AI. Then you need a tiny bit of luck not to make a mistake.
