Nope. I beat the ship and actually enjoyed it, not sure why everyone seems to hate it

I just dont feel compelled to continue. I beat persona 4 in a week and then started up a new save immediately after. This game has taken me so long to beat and i barely feel like making progress, not sure why

Persona 4 did a good job of focusing you on the end goal and showing you the advancement towards that goal. First couple of dungeons you're just trying to figure yourself out, then a cock tease, another step, another fucking cock tease, etc. it's a very good cycle for keeping people in. P5 does it totally different, a really strong start and then absolutely worthless shit in the middle till the end, where everything is back loaded. It's basically P3 but with a better start

Hm, im not good at sharing my thoughts but when you word it like that, i agree. It feels like the opposite of p3, where the start is really strong but then trails off from there. Kamoshidas case felt so personal and going through the castle felt so perilous and badass.

Persona 4 was lighter on story overall, but it did a great job with its setting and put the cast in a lot of fun scenarios. And the usual november when SHTF wasn't bad at all neither, no way. It just didn't compare to persona 3s, but thats a very hard thing to beat. I think another thing is that im not really enjoying the music that much this time around, i miss the more poppy and hip hop tunes from 3/4

Now this isn't to say that p5 is a bad game, not at all. I just wish i could like it more. Ill have to replay p3 and p4 soon again to see if its either me getting older, or to assure myself that i just dont think p5 lived up
