Is buying a second hand PSVITA a bad idea? If i buy it, im going

I recently just got a Vita and I'm loving it.
So many PSone games, plus remote playing Persona 5 is pretty nice.

Pretty fucked up the PS4 can't even emulate PSone classics.

Unless you can guarantee it's at a firmware 3.60 or lower, buying second-hand isn't a good idea for cracking it.

All new Vitas and Vita TVs (at least in the west) are firmware 3.60 or lower.

Just firmware, make sure the vita is using firmware 3.60 or lower.

Just fyi, you will be unable to play any games that require firmware higher than 3.60. Basically anything since from around October up til now and all future games will not run on a hacked Vita. Make sure you keep that in mind.
