To answer OPs question, From Software understands how to employ cinematography through the player's perspective without interrupting what they're doing. The very few cutscenes there are rely on imagery and the kind of principles you would learn in film school, the shots are made to be memorable. Most developers just don't have this attention to detail because they worship Hollywood trash.
